Ascend creates an alternate reality where guests are demigods welcomed to the first ever mythological family reunion! Bringing together Greek, Egyptian, Maya, and Chinese pantheons, this event is the follow-up to the very successful Alohomora: Unlock the Magic. Guests can play games and mingle with live actors, forging their own story in a narrative that the guest affects by their choices. Not all is as it seems; gods have been disappearing, and it up to the demigod children to protect their godly heritage!
My contribution to the project is as Director of Design. My responsibilities were similar to a production desiger: forming the team, informing design decisions, organizing production and installation, maintaining budgets for my team, and relaying information from other committees to the 22 person design team.
