As an operations manager, it was my job to ensure smooth operations of the Guest Services staff and the operations of the immersive show as a whole. My responsibilities included opening and closing the venue, resolving tech issues, advising long term planning, reporting to the operations director on all issues, and resolving guest conflicts all while ensuring high show standards.
