Project Description:
St. John Bosco High School approached me to design their new campus store. The new campus store was designed to be a place of community involvement and school pride, not just a source of revenue. It celebrates student accomplishments by showcasing student art work and acknowledges the past with memorabilia of the school’s history.
My Contributions:
I created and presented a pitch of the designs on behalf of the office of institutional advancement to potential investors. I had nearly full control of the proposed designs, creating a space that reflected the business plan. I met with design professionals to determine material and construction. I created designs for the floor plans, custom furniture, and custom lighting. The new space was built based on my designs, and will continue to grow over time.
